Terms and Conditions – jeya9

1 Introduction

Welcome to jeya9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jeya9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") covering your access to and use of the jeya9 website at jeya9.co and all associated services including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Bingo and the VIP Programme.

By completing the registration process and creating a jeya9 account, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full, that you meet all eligibility requirements, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing jeya9 from Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in PKR. The platform is an entertainment service for adults and is not intended to be used as a source of income.

2 Eligibility

To open and use a jeya9 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

jeya9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on jeya9. Creating duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or as a result of forgetting an existing login — is a violation of these Terms. If you believe you already have an account, contact the support team to recover your access rather than registering again.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials, including your password, confidential. jeya9 will never ask for your password by email, live chat or any other channel. Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility unless you have notified jeya9 of unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact jeya9 support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the matter is reviewed.

Account details — including your registered name and date of birth — cannot be changed after verification has been completed. If there is a genuine error in your registered details, contact support with supporting documentation as soon as possible.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your jeya9 account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. jeya9 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and standard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR.

Deposits are credited to your jeya9 balance in real time for most payment methods. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with the transaction reference number and it will be investigated promptly.

jeya9 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is traced to a payment method not registered in the account holder's name, jeya9 reserves the right to suspend the account and reverse the deposit pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits may be adjusted at the platform's discretion and VIP members may have different limits applied based on their tier level.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant.
• Raast and bank transfers may take a short time to confirm depending on your bank.
• Card deposits are subject to your card provider's processing times.
• Deposits made to your jeya9 balance are non-refundable once play has commenced, except where jeya9 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested to any payment method that has been verified under your account. jeya9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's name.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the account verification process. This involves providing a copy of a valid identity document confirming your name and date of birth. This is a one-time requirement — once verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-submission of documents unless jeya9 requests an update.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one business day. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing, which typically means faster turnaround. Withdrawal amounts are paid in PKR directly to your chosen payment method.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed the same day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal page in your account.
• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance and fully wagered bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

jeya9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any assumption of wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jeya9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted those specific bonus terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all jeya9 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the offer.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per household, per device and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• jeya9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. This will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use at the time of the change.
• If bonus funds and real-money funds are both present in your account, real-money funds are used first unless stated otherwise in the bonus terms.
• Attempting to exploit a bonus through irregular betting patterns — such as placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit — will result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are not a form of guaranteed value or income.

Bonus eligibility may vary by game type. Some bonuses apply only to Sports Betting, others only to Slots or Casino games, and some apply platform-wide. Check each promotion's specific terms before depositing.

7 Sports Betting Rules

jeya9's sportsbook covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and one-day fixtures — as well as Football, Esports and other international sports. Betting is available pre-match and in-play where the market is offered.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on jeya9:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jeya9 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed unless a clear pricing error can be demonstrated.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market. Void bets are returned to your account balance as stake.
• jeya9 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned where a bet is voided on this basis.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at jeya9's discretion. Bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected and no stake will be deducted.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed before you confirm your bet.
• Bets placed on Cricket markets during rain delays, DLS recalculations or similar interruptions will be settled in line with the official match result as determined by the relevant cricket board.

8 Casino & Game Rules

jeya9's Casino section offers live dealer games including Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat. The Slot Games section covers hundreds of titles. Bingo runs 24 hours across multiple room formats. All games use certified random number generation or, for live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers.

• Game outcomes are determined independently for each round. Previous results have no influence on future outcomes in any game category.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed clearly before play begins.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game — such as a disconnection during a live table session — the round will be settled based on the state of the game at the point of failure where this can be determined. If the outcome cannot be verified, the stake will be returned.
• jeya9 does not manipulate game results. Any player who believes a result is incorrect must contact support within 48 hours with the relevant game ID or transaction reference.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the relevant bonus terms.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

jeya9 is committed to a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure, with all balances forfeited:

• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players — including at live dealer tables — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chip dumping or any form of match-fixing in relation to bets placed on jeya9.
• Using VPN software or proxy services to misrepresent your location.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial activity outside normal player entertainment.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

jeya9 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns and account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jeya9 will act without prior warning. Decisions made in relation to fair play violations are final.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

jeya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period — defined in our dormant account policy which is available on request from support.

Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the jeya9 support team. Closure requests linked to responsible gaming self-exclusion are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

On closure of an account that is in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

11 Responsible Gaming

jeya9 is an entertainment platform for adults. It is not a way to make money, and it should never be used as such. We encourage all players to set a personal entertainment budget before they start playing and to stick to it regardless of outcomes during any session.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jeya9 account holders from within their account settings:

By registering a jeya9 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data jeya9 holds about you, to request correction of any inaccurate data, and to request account closure including data deletion where permitted under applicable data protection standards.

jeya9 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services solely for the purpose of completing transactions and verifying accounts.

13 Limitation of Liability

jeya9 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or entirely free of technical errors at all times.

jeya9 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from player decisions, including betting outcomes and game results.
• Losses caused by a player's own internet connection issues or device failures.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand these Terms or any bonus-specific conditions.

In all cases where jeya9 accepts liability, the maximum amount recoverable from jeya9 is limited to the value of the relevant transaction that gave rise to the claim.

14 Changes to These Terms

jeya9 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, its services or applicable standards. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever a revision is made.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, jeya9 will provide advance notice through on-platform notifications or email to your registered address. Continued use of jeya9 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification.
